Customer Service Representative

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide great customer support over phone, chat, and email.
Listen to customers, ask questions, and solve their issues quickly.
Stay friendly and professional while building strong relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
Must be Assoc Undergrad/Graduate and College Undergrad/Graduate
With or without BPO Experience are encouraged to apply
Good communication skills in both spoken and written English
Flexible with working hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts
Willing to work on-site (Mckinley West, Taguig City)
