Customer Service Representative

About the role

This is a full-time customer service role at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc.', based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this position, you will be handling customer inquiries and issues through email, chat, or call.

What you'll be doing

1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, chat, or call
2. Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
3. Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
4. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and communicate feedback to the team
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective case resolution
6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
