Key Responsibilities
Responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Diagnosing and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions in the customer management system.
Providing product information and guidance to customers, assisting with order placements and returns as needed.
Collaborating with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and address escalated issues.
