About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES' in Taytay Rizal. As a full-time member of our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to a diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to inbound enquiries and requests from customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Providing product and service information to customers
• Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
