Customer Service Representative – Telco

Location: Unit 3 G/F Ranulfo Bldg., 206 F. Ramos St., Cebu City (beside St. Mary's Dormitory)

We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives for a Telco account in Cebu. This is a full-time onsite position open to HS/SHS graduates with at least one year of relevant Telco experience.

The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring quality service delivery in a structured work environment. Compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process and will be based on qualifications and experience.
