Customer Service Representative - Temporary Contract

Kal Tire is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for a temporary contract role. As part of the CSR team, you will help drive sales growth and provide day-to-day support to the Retail Service Centre business unit. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice on the phone helping customers with their tire and wheel needs. You’ll answer customer inquiries, recommend products and solutions, book appointments, and create a positive experience for our customers.
