Job Description:

• Handle inbound calls
• Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and basic order concerns
• Ensure accurate order processing
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

• Voice | Inbound Calls

• UK-based customers
• Shifting schedule (UK time)

Qualifications:

• With or without BPO experience (order placement or sales experience is a plus)
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer and multitasking skills
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Willing to work shifting schedules
