Job Description

Responsibilities

Customer Service Operations

  • Respond to customers through a variety of channels including telephone (both inbound and outbound), internet (web requests), and written correspondence as appropriate.

  • Regularly check system data in MS Excel to confirm and update accurate OTD
  • Manage orders, coordinate with customers, plan production releases, and follow up shipping to ensure agreed upon OTD is reached
  • Oversee Web development, product/pricing updates to customers & providing documents needed for customers internal system
  • Oversee & approve customer claims and prepare tickets within CRM for internal reconciliation
  • Oversee EDI/ Vendor services / and all order entry processes.

  • Utilize ERP system to track inventory and maintain accurate documentation.
