Job Description
Responsibilities
Respond to customers through a variety of channels including telephone (both inbound and outbound), internet (web requests), and written correspondence as appropriate.
Regularly check system data in MS Excel to confirm and update accurate OTD Manage orders, coordinate with customers, plan production releases, and follow up shipping to ensure agreed upon OTD is reached Oversee Web development, product/pricing updates to customers & providing documents needed for customers internal system Oversee & approve customer claims and prepare tickets within CRM for internal reconciliation Oversee EDI/ Vendor services / and all order entry processes.
Utilize ERP system to track inventory and maintain accurate documentation.
