We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (Voice) to join our growing team! If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering excellent service over the phone, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolve customer concerns and inquiries accurately and efficiently
  • Document interactions and update customer records
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Escalate issues when necessary following standard procedures


Qualifications:

  • At least College Level
  • With or without BPO experience
  • Good to excellent English communication skills
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules and onsite
  • Customer-focused, reliable, and adaptable
