What is your role going to look like?



+ Together with team members you will be supporting Italian market

+ Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams

+ Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in ERP.

+ You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.

+ You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone.
