Customer Service Representative with Italian

Within the group, Ormco is an orthodontics business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with Italian.



In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.



**What is your role going to look like?**



Together with your team you will be responsible for supporting Italy, part of Switzerland, and other regions as backup when needed.



+ You will act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams.

+ Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in Oracle.
