- Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
- Salary Range: Starting offer starts at ₱25,000
Probationary Period
This position includes a 6‑month probationary period. During this period, the employee's performance, attendance, accuracy, adherence to workflow procedures, and overall role suitability will be evaluated. Continued employment and confirmation as a regular employee will be based on meeting performance expectations.
Job Summary
The Customer Care Representative supports the scheduling and operations team by handling inbound calls, coordinating appointments, and performing accurate order processing within internal systems. The role ensures effective communication between clients, facilities, and internal departments while maintaining consistent documentation and workflow compliance.
