**We're looking for a proactive professional to support U.S. and LATAM customers, ensuring clear communication, accurate order follow-up, and a strong service experience.
**Main responsibilities**:- Handle customer inquiries, order tracking, and follow-ups with international clients.
- Prepare quotes, sales documentation, and basic performance reports.
- Coordinate samples, shipments, and internal communication with sales and logistics teams.
- Maintain updated records in CRM and support trade show and client visit preparations.
**Requirements**:- Advanced English skills (spoken, written, and reading).
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or international accounts.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, import/export basics, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Valid passport and U.S. visa preferred; occasional travel availability.
