Sanhua is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our Houston office.This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge.A successful Customer Service Representative will utilize their high energy and strategy to provide excellent customer service.The Customer Service Representative handles client orders, delivery, and maintains and builds customer relationships by providing client updates on products, services, and orders.Internally, CSR needs to serve as a liaison between warehouse and production team.Your goal is to make sure customer orders are delivered on time and accurately, and provide prompt and timely feedback to clients.
