Customer Service Representative/Reservationist

Qualifications for reservation agent

• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role (Sales)
• Graduate in Hospitality Management is a plus
• 6 months of related Front Desk or Hotel Reservations experience is a plus
• Previous Room Reservations or Call Center experience a plus
• Extremely well spoken
• Knowledge of reservation

• Reviews rooming lists, room availability reports and related information
• Understand the key principles of Pricing Strategies and Revenue Management
