Job Overview

We are AllianceOne, a division of the largest BPO expert team. We are hiring inbound call centre/customer care representatives to provide support and resolve account issues, working to deliver an above‑average customer experience and create solutions that benefit both the consumer and the organization.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide support and resolve account issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer experience and ensure solutions satisfy both the consumer and the organisation.
• Engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner and provide accurate information.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $17.60 per hour.
• Monthly incentive potential up to $355.00.
• Competitive base hourly rate with a commission structure and paid training.
