Your Role

Assist UK-based customers who have previously had a car finance agreement, to check if it was miss sold and if they are eligible for compensation, your job will be to identify customers who qualify, talk them through the process and guide on how to use the online to tool to check how much their claim could be worth.

This is a cold calling campaign, but its about promoting a compensation scheme customer maybe eligible for.
