We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Travel and Hospitality Account  
Location: HM Tower, W. Geonzon Street, Cebu
Start Date: September 26, 2024
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite 
About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic Support Ambassadors to provide exceptional customer service in the travel and hospitality sector. 
Qualifications: 
College graduates (any field) without work experience or senior high school graduates with 1 year of non-BPO work experience 
Strong verbal and written English communication skills 
Positive, self-motivated, and energetic 
Flexible with rotating shifts 
Benefits: 
15% Night Differential 
30% Monthly Performance Bonus upon regularization
