About the role

Epicurean Partners Exchange Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Process orders, provide product information to customers and send it to the catering store
• Ensure customers are never left unattended and all calls are strictly in time standards
• Answer incoming calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Providing customer support when consumers have questions or problems with their orders, delivery, or payment

What we're looking for

• Preferably a graduate in any field
• With strong data entry and typing skills
• Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
