Summary:

• Salary range $2900-$3200 + Quarterly incentive
• Monday to Friday 9am-6:30pm (WFH on most days)

• Manage and process client applications from submission to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the entire workflow.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness.
• Attend to client enquiries promptly and guide them through the necessary procedures and documentation requirements.
• Liaise closely with clients to collect, verify, and ensure all required documents are properly prepared and submitted.
• Provide accurate advice on documentation, regulations, and policies, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of all requirements.
