**About the Team:**

Supervise production schedulers and customer service staff to ensure accurate planning and scheduling.

**What you can look forward to as Customer Service & Scheduling Supervisor:**

+ Interface with customers regarding shipment and delivery information.
+ Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in customer service activities.
+ Responsible for direct supervision of the customer service team, including the creation of work schedules according to budgets and workloads.
+ Report the customer issues affecting delivery metrics to internal management.
