Job Description
To assist the Assistant Ocean Freight Manager in the daily operational tasks
To promptly handle Customer's & Overseas enquiries on Sea Export Booking / Sea Import arrangements
Liaise with Transporters on cargo collections / deliveries / check unstuffing / FCL deliveries
To liaise with overseas agents on the various requirements and rates
To ensure compliance with customer's as well as internal Standard Operating Procedures
Completion of Job File and Invoicing
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience in same capacity in freight forwarding industry
Team player with strong operational knowledge (Tradenet experience required)
Possess good customer service & coordination skills
Fast worker with initiatives & positive working attitude
Candidates able to start work immediately will be preferred
Pleasant/Positive personality, self-motivated with a desire to excel
Proficient in MS Office
