Job description
Primary focus of handling customer's queries regarding Banking needs and the ability to cross sell Unsecured Retail Banking Products via Inbound / Outbound Calls in a call centre.
Required to perform the task in accordance with the bank's standards to maintain premium service quality and perform sales cross sell to customers
Achievement of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Targets.
Possess a sales-focused attitude with a willingness to service customers.
Ability to recommend and persuade customers with regards to unsecured retail banking products.
To follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.
Requirements
- Call center experience would be an advantage
- Min N Levels
