Candidate Profile

We are looking for customer-focused individuals who are reliable, articulate, and service-driven. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in customer service or contact centre environments
• A positive, friendly, and confident speaking manner
• Strong computer literacy and ability to manage multiple systems
• A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
