About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for customers in Italy or Belgium (depending on your language skills). You respond quickly, solve technical issues with ease, and make every interaction feel effortless. You’ll also work closely with product, development, and sales teams to keep improving the customer experience and help grow the Italian and Belgian markets.
