Schedule: PST
- Mon – Half Day (Hours TBD)
- Tue–Thu – 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Fri – 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sat – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and dispatching information to team members. This role serves as a key point of contact between clients and internal staff, ensuring clear communication, efficient scheduling, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Strong written and spoken English skills are essential, as you will be handling both phone calls and email correspondence daily.
Strict availability during the scheduled PST hours is required.
