Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive end-to-end support for riders and drivers, including onboarding, issue resolution, and escalation management
across voice, chat, and digital channels.
Identify and understand the needs of riders and drivers to offer effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve the overall customer experience.
Document interactions and feedback from riders/drivers to inform service delivery improvements.
Job Requirements:
Preferably, experience as a content creator, customer service specialist, or in a similar role.
A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
