Hours: Monday to Friday,8am - 4pm
Intro/summary
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support the day‑to‑day operations of our bonded warehouse and transport services, ensuring both internal and external customers receive a consistently high standard of service. You’ll play a key role in resolving customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring operational accuracy, compliance and efficiency.
