Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Customer Service Specialist will respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about immigration services, processes, and documentation requirements. The role involves managing client cases in coordination with internal teams, updating records in company systems, and ensuring timely follow-up on all requests. The specialist will handle appointment scheduling, prepare basic client communications, and support the collection and verification of documents. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining a professional reception area, escalating complex issues to senior staff, and contributing to continuous improvement of the client experience.
