Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Fresh graduates are welcome, but mature profiles with completed degrees and relevant experience are highly encouraged)
• Strong command over English (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused mindset

Shift Details

• Rotational shifts between 4:00 PM – 11:00 AM (9-hour window)
• Night shifts are mandatory as part of the rotation
• Final shift timings will be shared upon selection and assigned by the company
