Typically, the job involves addressing technical problems via telephone or internet services, and they may receive feedback and suggestions to refer to others in their department.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for products - CSE field calls about technical issues with products supplied by their company.
Complete On-Site Diagnostics and Service Calls.
Generate Problem and Resolution Reports.
Qualifications:
