We are hiring Customer Service Specialists for our Travel Account in Cagayan de Oro. You will assist customers with bookings, cancellations, itinerary updates, and general inquiries via phone, email, or chat while ensuring accurate and professional service.
High School or Senior High School graduates are welcome. No prior experience required as training is provided. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude. Shifting schedules, including weekends, may apply.
