Customer Service Specialist

Order Management & Customer Service Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth end to end order processing, from receiving customer purchase requisition to delivery fulfillment. This role acts as the primary contact for customers, coordinating with internal teams such as Purchasing, Warehouse & Distribution to ensure accurate execution, timely, delivery, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

1. Create Customer Order Unserve Report
2. accomplished Summary of Customer Order Fill Rate & Unserve Report
3. Disseminate Across SCM Team Warehouse Ageing Report
4. Create Store PR Summary Report
5. Process RR on system delivery receipts of suppliers (ERIC)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
