Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related course
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, HR administration, or a related role is an advantage
- Knowledge in filing and records management (incident reports, NTEs, written reprimands, explanation letters, and 201 files)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle employee concerns (walk-ins, calls, and coordinated concerns)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Able to manage multiple administrative tasks, including manning summary updates and daily reports
- Experience in facilitating contract signing, company orientation, and employee deployment is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in ID preparation, uniform distribution, and issuance of employment-related documents (COE, ATM, pay slips)
