Customer Service Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related course
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, HR administration, or a related role is an advantage
• Knowledge in filing and records management (incident reports, NTEs, written reprimands, explanation letters, and 201 files)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle employee concerns (walk-ins, calls, and coordinated concerns)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Able to manage multiple administrative tasks, including manning summary updates and daily reports
• Experience in facilitating contract signing, company orientation, and employee deployment is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in ID preparation, uniform distribution, and issuance of employment-related documents (COE, ATM, pay slips)
