Job Description – Customer Support Executive (US Utility Voice Process)
Process Type: US Utility – Voice
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working (Including Night Shifts)
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in international voice process
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates are eligible
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts , including night shifts
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound voice calls for US utility customers
- Address and resolve customer queries effectively
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to defined process guidelines and compliance standards
