Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment processes across air, sea, or land freight, from booking to final delivery, ensuring compliance with client and carrier requirements.
- Monitor and track shipments proactively throughout the supply chain, using internal systems and carrier portals to ensure timely movement and milestone completion.
- Demonstrate proficiency in CargoWise/WiseTech freight forwarding software for shipment tracking and management.
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams (e.g., operations, customs, warehousing) to provide updates, resolve delays, and manage expectations.
- Maintain business proficient English communication skills for effective interaction with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Resolve issues or disruptions promptly (e.g., customs holds, documentation discrepancies, cargo delays), ensuring minimal impact to delivery timelines.
