Customer Service Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare competitive freight quotations for air, sea (FCL/LCL), and land shipments based on customer requirements Work closely with operations, pricing team, and overseas agents to secure the most accurate and cost-effective rates Follow up actively on quotations, sales leads, and customer enquiries to support business growth Maintain and update customer profiles, sales records, and rate agreements in the system Handle day-to-day customer communication relating to quotations, shipment details, documentation, and service support Support onboarding of new customers and ensure a smooth handover to operations Ensure all activities comply with company SOPs, internal policies, and trade regulations Provide general sales and administrative support and assist with any ad-hoc assignments as required
