RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call handling for customers, Key Account Managers and Distributors.
- Answer customer enquiries and manage their orders, service needs and complaints.
- Maintain detailed product and service knowledge.
- Processing** **of customer projects and sales.
- Responsible for handling the order management process including customer special requirements and instructions, replacement of deliveries, forecasting, and deadline tracking.
- Cooperate with Sales, Warehouse, Blending/Technical and Financial departments.
