Customer Service Specialist

We have some excellent opportunities where you can put your outstanding customer services skills in to action. We are looking for confident customer services heroes to join us as Service Advisors in our busy Service departments at our JLR Dealerships in Southampton.

You do not need automotive experience to be successful in this role? we will train that, but some form of customer services experience would be beneficial.

The Opportunity

As a Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicle in for service.

• Meeting and greeting customers
• Booking vehicles into the diary
• Ensuring the customer database is updated and accurate
• Supporting the profitability of the service department by using trained and professional sales techniques
