This position is based in Madrid and serves as a critical link between healthcare providers, payers, patients, and internal teams. While the title reflects the customer-facing nature of the role, it sits within Revenue Operations and has a strong focus on reimbursement coordination, payment follow-up, billing support, and operational excellence.
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of follow-up activities, and is comfortable working across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely reimbursement, invoicing, and collections processes.
