Customer Service Specialist

Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Customer Contact Specialist based at our Audi dealership in Solihull. The hours of work are 40 hours per week between 8:00am to 6:00pm (typically either 8am to 4.30pm or 9.30am to 6pm) Monday to Friday and working a Saturday on a rota basis. The basic salary for this position is £25,470 with a monthly bonus earning you up to £30,000 per annum. This is a varied and interesting role and will give the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing department.

• Dealing with Aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the Dealership for service or repairs
