The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a seamless service experience across various channels (calls, emails, chat, etc.).

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in rotational shifts. (US timings)
• Strong problem-solving attitude and a customer-first approach.
• Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but freshers are also welcome.
