Customer Service Staff

Qualifications:

• College graduate of any Business or Communication course.
• At least 1 year exp. in handling customer service.
• Must be a quick thinker, good in typing and organized.
• With good communication skills.

Job Description:

• Maintains a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Handles service calls from dealers, customers and sales people.
• Coordinate and keep records of customers instructions, transactions, comments and complaints to concerned department.
• Maintain and update ASC legal and corporate requirement records.
