Customer Service Summer Student (Competition #26-24)

Parkland County  has a temporary, full-time position for a Customer Service student working from approximately end of April to end of August 2026 in the Communications & Customer Service Department.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Service, the Summer student works as part of a team to provide prompt and courteous service, as a first point of contact to the public on behalf of Parkland County. The Customer Service Summer Student responds to a limited scope of various customer inquiries, complaints, and transactions including the processing of payments and receivables.
