Job Description As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance. You will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and general inquiries. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to problem‑solve effectively.
