Parts & Warranty support
Prepare and organize warranty-related raw data sets for internal review purposes only
Extended Warranty claim data analysis
Analyse TOP 20 parts by repair / model and request the stock order
Service Replacement car operation with workshops
Current service loner car operation check
Loaner car damage and repair management
Workshop and CEC & RSA communication
Pickup & Delivery Supplier Communication
