Job Overview

We are seeking a
Help Desk / Customer Service Support
professional to assist corporate clients during a CMS migration. This role focuses on converting migrated clients into active users by guiding them through the activation and initial use of the New BOB platform.

Key Responsibilities Client Outreach

• Call targeted corporate clients
• Explain the CMS migration and the importance of activating and using the New BOB platform

Activation Guidance

• Assist clients in locating their official
  Welcome Email
  containing:
• Organization ID
• Login ID
• Temporary password
• Guide clients through the login and activation process on the New BOB interface
