Job Description

                    Proactively contact targeted migrated corporate clients to drive account activation and adoption of the new digital banking platform. 
Explain the system migration process and highlight the importance of activating and using the new platform. 
Guide clients through account activation by assisting with login credentials provided in the official welcome email. 
Provide basic troubleshooting support for common activation issues, including incorrect credentials, copy-paste errors, and use of incorrect login links. 
Engage clients by promoting activation webinars and tutorial videos to encourage platform usage. 
Maintain accurate call logs by documenting client feedback, activation status, issues encountered, and actions taken for monitoring and reporting purposes.
