eCommerce company in the home improvement space
, to recruit a
Customer Service Support Specialist
. This role is focused on handling
website-based customer inquiries
from a B2C audience — assisting shoppers with product questions, order updates, and resolution of service concerns through phone, chat, and email.

This is a
remote, full-time position
based in the
Philippines
, with training and oversight provided by the Sales Leopard operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
