We are seeking a highly professional and diligent Trade Execution & Confirmation Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role ensures the transparency and regulatory compliance of all client trading activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Trade Confirmation: Execute daily, time-sensitive telephonic calls to clients to verbally convey and confirm all executed share transactions (Buy/Sell) performed during the trading day.
• Mandatory Recording: Ensure all confirmation communications are conducted exclusively on the recorded telephonic line for compliance and regulatory purposes.
• Data Management (MIS): Accurately maintain and update detailed daily logs of all confirmed trades and verification attempts within the Management Information System (MIS).
